Single room:
£525pcm (NOW LET)

Just off Mill Road: less than 10 minutes' walk from ARU, about 10 minutes from the station and around 20 minutes' (slow!) walk from the centre of Cambridge. Newly furnished and with plenty of storage, book-shelving and a desk, this is a quiet single room overlooking the garden. I live here with my daughter - she goes to sixth form and I work locally. You will have shared use of the kitchen (with your own fridge), the dining room and bathroom (the bathroom only with me as my daughter has her own), and the pretty garden, weather permitting! All bills are included, inc hi-speed wifi. It is a clean and well-regulated home and ideally we are looking for a female to share it with us. Monday to Friday let.
