Just off Mill Road. Less than 10 minutes' walk from ARU, about 10 minutes from the station and around 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Cambridge. Nicely furnished and with plenty of storage, this is a quiet single room overlooking the garden. I live here too, along with my cat. You will have shared use of the kitchen (with your own fridge), the dining room, bathroom and the pretty garden. All bills are included, inc. hi-speed citi-fibre wifi. It is a very clean and well-regulated home and I am looking for a quiet female student to share it with. Monday to Friday let will also be considered. This is not an average student room: it is a lovely, well-cared for and clean house and I live there as landlady, so I am looking for a studious person rather than someone who thrives on noise and late nights. It might suit someone who is looking for more of a 'home from home' than typical student accommodation. IMPORTANT: This is not a house share. You will be living in my home as a lodger and will have use of various parts of it.
