I would like for someone to take over my lease/room at IQ Bloomsbury. I am leaving due to personal reasons, but both the flat, current roommate and the location are amazing!! If you are a current student at UCL this would be ideal for you! Message me if you’re interested. Everything is included in price (utility bills etc), you would have your own room, shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. There’s also a gym and a laundry room, study rooms, etc available to use! Less than a minute walk from Euston Station. There’s also a TV in the room where you can watch Netflix/YouTube, etc.
Move-in date is flexible, contract can start Dec 2021 or Jan 2022, ends Sept 2022. message me for more info!
