Here is my very large double room for let from 8 July to 8 September. This is ONLY AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS. The flat is on the second floor and right in front of the bus stop. The room is very very large double room with the comfiest couch and bed alongside with a large study desk. This room can almost be considered a studio to be honest. Every bill including electricity, water, gas, council tax, ultra fast 250Mbps WiFi is an additional 80£ (fixed) to the rent. This is an en-suite room however only the shower is shared with the flatmates.

My flatmates are super chill, easygoing people who study Master's degrees at UCL. They are very friendly, clean and respectful of each other's space.
