Canary Wharf is just a short DLR journey and the City (Bank DLR) can be accessed in less than 20 minutes. It's also a great place to stay if you're in need of easy access to ExCel Centre Westfield/Stratford City or the Olympic Park. East London University is in few stops and university lecturers or responsible students are welcomed.
