Large double furnished (if required otherwise can be unfurnished) room in a happy, easy going, family house near the University of Kent, with amenities at the bottom of the road, including chemist, post office, shop, bus stop and Ye Olde Beverlie pub! Available from 25th October.
A 15 minute walk into town and a 10 minute walk to Canterbuy West train station and Sainsburys. It's a short but steep walk (up the hill!) to UKAC.
Can be a very large single room or a large double bed room. Currently with one single bed as current lady likes all the space this allows for her.

All bills and wi-if included and, although the house is a family house, the family has their own kitchen and there is a seperate kitchen for the guests to share.

Ideal person would be someone who keeps themselves busy but has a good personality. We have had lovely students and working people before and currently renting to a lovely working lady so we're happy with either student or working professional :)
We are a family of a married couple, a teenager and my Dad who lives in a seperate annexe. There are two cats and two small dogs - but the house is large so you wont often cross paths! The bedroom is set back off the main landing and overlooks the garden.
The room is not en-suite but nice and clean and only shared with us 3 (myself, husband and son).
There is no communal living room but we are a friendly bunch.

I appreciate a deposit up front can be hard so am willing to have it spread across a limited number of months but this needs to be discussed and arranged.
