Hello,
I'm looking for a lodger to share our home by the seafront.

You will have a bright, first floor double bedroom with built in wardrobes and pretty much sole use of the main bathroom. The bed is a king size divan.

The living room and kitchen are shared, however we work away and are more absent than we are here and so would like a mature, respectful and trustworthy lodger who can manage on their own for long periods.

It's important to me that you like and want to keep a clean and tidy home. I do have cleaners that pop in fortnightly so that will help, but if you wipe down surfaces and handles happily we will get along well 😄

I'm looking for an easy going, sociable person who also likes peace and quiet. I've a Dalmatian so you'll need to like dogs.

I'm easy going, like music, cinema, wine, walking the dog. All the usual kinda things...
