I’m currently a tenant in this 5 bedroom house share and I’m looking for a student/professional to take my room as I’m leaving the country.

The double room is on the ground floor, it’s very quiet and secluded, perfect if you like your privacy. It’s almost an extension to the house so there is no second floor above the room which makes it nice and quiet.

The house and room are fully furnished. Includes bed, wardrobe, bedside table, big set of drawers, mirror. Has 3 windows, well lit and cozy.

All bills, council tax and wifi are included in the monthly rent. Shared kitchen, bathroom and spacious lounge with TV. Free parking. Lovely big garden too!

Great location, super easy to get to town (10 min walk). 2 supermarkets also 10 min walk, Canterbury East station 5 min walk.

I’m more than happy to show the room! Just get in touch. Ideally I’d like to leave 30th June or before if you are looking to move in quicker. I’m only advertising as I’m leaving the country, I’ve loved staying in this room!
