Hi I have a double room in a four bedroom house available. Two rooms are occupied by great Uni of Kent students. The third room is taken by a great UCCC student. The available room has a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and desk chair, chest of drawers and massive windows which let in lots of natural light. There’s a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom, as well as a separate shared study room/sun room. The house has a front yard and large fenced back yard. It is walking distance to Uni of Kent and there is a bus stop a two minute walk away with buses going to Uni of Kent in one direction and downtown Canterbury in the other direction, stopping outside UCCC. Rent 550 per month and this includes all bills - hot water, heating, tv licence, contents insurance and electricity.
