The room has one single bed and is well furnished. It's nicely decorated and cosy. had been fitted with wooden floors and pleasant bright decor. The location is 7-10 min walking distance from Canterbury West station and about 12 min walk to the Cathedral
There is some possibility to park a car in the front of the house, but the parking would be on the street, and the restrictions apply during the day - which could be lifted by applying for the permit, for additional fee. The parking is free between 16:00 pm and 08:00 am.
The house has 2 bathrooms, nice bright living room and it also has an exotic style garden with palms and fern trees.
The owners/occupants are professional couple with no children.
Good care is taken about the standard of cleanliness and the same is expected from the potential tenant. The kitchen is also kept very clean and frying is kept to a mininum to aviod smells and splashes of grease.
It would suit a student or proffesional alike. No couples please. Female preffered.
