Hi, we are looking for a 4th housemate to join our tenancy for July 2026- end of June 2027.

The house is 76 Minny Street which is in a great location for students and not too far from city centre. It’s close to the Lidl and Tesco express as well as all the Cathays pubs.
Rent is £550 per month without bills.

We are all at Cardiff met studying Fashion Design, Fashion Buying and Art.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, friendly and easy to live with. Ideally a student who wants a relaxed, friendly house environment.
