The house benefits from being on a friendly quiet street less than a minutes’ walk to a ‘One Stop’ convenience store, and a few minutes’ walk to several restaurants and coffee shops as well as Victoria and Thompson Parks. There is on street parking, a back garden, a good size kitchen diner, a lounge and a utility room, along with good sized bedrooms and bathroom.

My current housemates, Josh and Lois, are moving out on July 20th which is the end of our formal contract. They only decided to go very recently and so I’m (a little unexpectedly) taking the house on myself until the rooms are filled. If you can’t move in just yet, I’d very much still welcome your interest. The house is rented ‘unfurnished’, but as I’ve lived here for four years I’ve sofas and pretty much everything common areas need. I’m open to being flexible though if you have a lot of stuff too.

Whilst I have been housesharing with two others to make things cheaper for everyone, I’m open to renting the whole house between yourself and me - giving you a spare room as an office space. This would be around the £650 - 700 mark, I’d need to work out the specific price if you’re interested.

I’m a professional musician/piano teacher and have a music room downstairs in what would have been the property’s dining room, but that is reflected in the pricing. I try to be as considerate as possible, and mainly teach piano in the daytime (when most people are likely out working themselves) Monday to Wednesdays - though at present this is all online anyway and will resume only in September.

No cats or dogs I’m afraid. We have good broadband, Netflix/Prime/Nowtv, tumble dryer and life is pretty easy here with a dishwasher.

The minimum rental agreement is 6 months which is pretty standard.
