Large furnished double bedroom with park A flooring and front bay window on the ground floor in 1930's 3 bedroom house we call home in Penylan with garden, kitchen and pantry, shared living room, lean to, downstairs and upstairs toilet with separate bathroom. Garage used as storage but good parking in front of house which is on a lovely, quiet, one way, tree lined street. So no through traffic. The house is close to Waterloo gardens so a short walk to amenities on welfield and Albany road. We also have a little box room with a single bed which i use as a sort of craft room/office and room for friends to stay when visiting. We enjoy our own space but do socialise in and outside the house chatting whist cooking and sharing a bottle of wine, going for walks around South Wales, gigs, markets, food and music festivals and checking out pop up events in Cardiff. We both work full time and are looking for a professional to share with. Move in date is a little flexible.
