FANTASTIC TRANSPORT LINKS TO BOTH PONTYPRIDD & CARDIFF! Hello and welcome. I have 1 double room available (1/11/19). 1 single room available (1/12/19). My home has a regular bus service not more than 1 minute walk from the front door. The 102 runs into Pontypridd bus station every 20 minutes, taking less than 10 minutes to get there. Cardiff is only about 20 minutes from there by bus or the Train station is a short walk from the bus station. If you're a student the 102 runs to Treforest in a very short time. Door to door service! There is plenty of on road parking if you have a car.
I work shifts, sometimes over night and sometimes working away with my job. My personality is very laid back and relaxed. I'm a happy, polite, tidy individual. I have been living in this house since December last year. I have achieved a great deal within it. Some projects still require doing, all of which will not hinder you in any way. I currently live with 2 canary bird's. There are no other pet's. Ideally I would like a professional person, working in or around the area, maybe you simply require accommodation during the week. My home would be perfect for you. Student's welcome. The house itself has a separate Tv lounge area. Kitchen diner with seating Tv/monitor & printer. There is a wet room and toilet downstairs. French doors leading onto the fenced in garden. Upstairs there is a bathroom and toilet and the 3 bedrooms.
