I have a twin room in my home to let. This includes all bills and Wi-Fi.
You would share a bathroom, and there are two living rooms downstairs a very large kitchen and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
I have a small garden with some outdoor furniture. You could use the garden if you wanted to.
I have a very large kitchen, with lots of gadgets, coffee machine (bean to coffee), Magimix, Vitamix, Bamix, KitchenAid blender which that can be used.
This is a friendly house, we currently have two dogs here, a Welsh spaniel and my rescue Dalmatian.
You would have to love animals if you wanted to come and live here, the house is spotlessly clean.
A cleaner comes in once a month, and you could pay to have your room cleaned if you wished.
There is on road parking, and my home is near to the bus stop, or train station which takes you directly into the city centre.
Toilet paper and detergent is included in the rental price.
We often sit around the table together to have dinner. One of my guests is particularly good at cooking authentic Indian food (vegetarian).
I would expect you to take responsibility for clearing up any mess you create.
