The house is located on Newfoundland Road, close to the Heath Hospital, Cardiff University and both Cardiff Metropolitan University campuses with quick access to the A48, A470 and M4 Motorway whilst still being only a short bus or train ride into Cardiff city centre. It's also located really close to Maindy leisure centre and the taff trail, if a regular swim, cycle or bike commute to uni is what you're after.

Newfoundland Road is located just off Whitchurch Road which has lots of nice bars, restaurants, small super markets (Sainsbury's, Co-Op) with a bigger supermarket on the next road, Crwys Road..

The house is brimming with character; original tiles and parquet flooring (if that's your thing), and three lovely, chilled housemates who tend to spend their time baking, cooking, hanging out and watching netflix, chatting or studying.

There is a kitchen, open plan lounge-dining room, communal lounge with two big comfy sofas. A well-kept communal garden with secure access to the back lane. There is ample space under the stairs to store a bicycle. There is a separate loo and a bathroom with a shower, bath and sink. Each room has a lockable door and the housemates divide up the cupboards, fridge and large pantry so that everyone has an equal share.

This house isn't a party house, and definitely has more of a homely, friendly feel. The current housemates do a fantastic job of keeping it clean and tidy too.
