Hi, We have a comfortable single bedroom available now. Ideal for professionals such as accountants, engineers, doctors, nurses, etc., as well as contractors and people visiting the area for a short time. No minimum stay – you can stay from one night to several months, but you must have a permanent address elsewhere and be able to show proof of this. Companies welcome to enquire and book. The house is quiet for sleeping during the day if you are on night shifts.

The house has a shared bathroom (with shower over bath & toilet) and a shared kitchen available for guests. No smoking allowed in the house. High-speed WIFI, all bills, bed linen if needed, and weekly cleaning included. Possibility to leave a large suitcase in a secure area over the weekend.
