Private Landlord. This is a house share for STUDENTS only. I have 2 houses very close to Cardiff University. Very good value for students on a budget. The houses are traditional student digs, cheap and cheerful and VERY close to Cardiff University.

All rooms are between £350 to £370 per month. All rooms have double beds, desk, chair and wardrobe.

At present there are 4 rooms left available in each house. I am happy to send a video of the two houses by whatsapp.
