Hi,
I'm currently looking for a housemate to fill the empty room in my new flat that I am moving to on the 25th of September. I'm happy to wait if you need time but as long as contract is signed and deposit is paid, I had originally found someone but she dropped out with only a week to spare! I have all furniture so you would need stuff for your room and maybe bits for kitchen. The flat is on Broadway in cardiff, so we will be right next to town and fight next to Newport Road retail park. The flat is really lovely, kitchen looks refurbished and has a general overall good vibe. Quite a spacious flat and has a roof off the living room which is south facing for a good sunbathe! I'm currently a hairdresser so you'd have free times and discounted colours! 🤣
The price of the flat is actually a steal so I'm really happy and want to find the right person to have a laugh with x
