I have a spacious, well ventilated double bedroom that I need to have taken over as I’m moving at the end of the month.

The bedroom is the biggest in the house, comes with a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed with a memory foam mattress, a study desk and chair.

The house itself is not even a 5 minute walk away from a train station that goes straight to Cardiff, shops and pubs.

The girlies who live in the house currently are students, sociable and very polite but also love their own privacy.

The room from me as a professional is £400 all bills included, for students I THINK it will be half of that all bills included.

The pictures are awful but I’m currently in England so can’t take any better.
