Can you provide support and companionship to an older lady in these isolating times?

This house is in the beautiful rural location of Colwinston, 3 miles from Cowbridge and 16 miles from Cardiff. It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx. 15 hours per week of help in the home.

The current homeowner is a lovely lady in her 90's. She is an incredibly friendly, independent and sociable lady who previously worked in the as a teacher and has a degree in Psychology. She loves to chatting, music, quizzes and learning new skills

She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home. She would like someone who can help take her to a weekly music class, help prepare and share evening meals and assist with a few household chores.

The ideal sharer will be FEMALE AND A DRIVER. someone who enjoys chatting and has a good sense of humour. The sharer can be studying or working full time, but should have some time available during their week days and evenings to offer some household support and companionship.
THE SHARER MUST BE DOUBLE VACCINATED.

The property is a beautiful large house set in a rural location. The sharer has several private spaces including a large double room with lots of storage space, a private bathroom and additional space if working from home. The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the home including the kitchen, conservatory, lounge and a large well kept garden.

We have various policies in place to allow shares to take place during the Covid Pandemic and safety of both parties is our first priority.
