House is located in a new estate, it's about 2 1/2 years old so very modern and has a decent-sized garden

There are busses to and from the city center that take between 30 and 40 mins and it's about a 15-minute drive

Space for 2 cars in the driveway and plenty of street/communal free parking.

I do have two cats (Beau and Skye) so would need to be comfortable living with pets but honestly, I see them as a perk!

I currently work from home for the Office for National Statistics as a performance analyst but I go out a lot and spend lots of weekends with friends in Exeter/Manchester so don't expect me to hang around all the time

In my spare time, I go out with friends, play 5 a side, go to gigs and game a lot

Looking for extra income to help with the mortgage payments but having a roommate to get to know would be a plus. I may be converting my office to another single room for an additional lodger so please be aware of this.

I like to keep the house clean and tidy so would be looking for a lodger who would do the same. Ideally, I'd like to live with someone who is also sociable but who will also be respectful of my home and the space I need.
