I'm looking for someone to replace me in a cozy four-bedroom student house off of Cathays Terrace. It's 15 minutes to the Cathays Park campus and close to many shops.

The bedroom has a double bed, a large desk, and a sink. The house has a living room with a small dining table, a kitchen with a washing machine, a downstairs bathroom with bath and shower, and a garden. The other tenants are very friendly, as is the landlord who is also very helpful. The rent is £425pcm and the bills and wifi are approximately £50. As a bonus you can keep the £250 deposit which has already been paid.
