The house is a Victorian mid terraced property located on Arabella Street in Roath. The communal areas are all well kitted out and the garden consists of a decked area with garden furniture. It's about a 2 minute walk to Roath Park and a 20 minute walk to the city centre.

The bedroom,, which is the one pictured, comes with a double bed, mattress, desk, chair, bedside table and wardrobe.
