There is also a shower room which has been recently refurbished with a new Rain Shower. no Bath, a new vanity unit and Toilet, for your use as I have my own Ensuite Facilities. The Price of £435 is for one Person only.
There is a Ten Minute Walk to the Bus Stop, Llandaf train Station around Five Minutes Drive away.
I am also very Near Velindre Hospital. While the Heath Hospital is Around 10 Minutes by Car and around a 30 minutes walk. Its a five minute Car Ride to The Coryton Interchange.
My Home is also 5 Minutes from the A470. There is a parking permit included for you .So you are assured of parking at all times of the day .

A Little about myself.

I Love to sit and Chat with a Cup of Tea or even better a Glass of Wine whenever i have the Chance. I have lots of Interests Which include Walking, Music ,Classical, Jazz and The Blues.
I Love Travelling and will wander off whenever Funds permit. I enjoy meeting new People.
