Firstly I’d like to inform you that My home is in Fairwater right next to St Fagans. And also this room is just monday to friday rent only! (Will make allowances if need to stay the odd weekend) . Just had my home refurbished. The room I’m renting is a large room with fitted wardrobes and double bed. It's a lovely room with a very comfortable new bed. access to dining area which is situated next to kitchen, the dining room is yours to use. I have sky broadband and sky TV in lounge and separate sky in dining room. Washing machine new gas cooker, shower/bath. I live near all amenities i. e. 10 minutes from town centre by car 10 minutes to heath hospital.,7 minutes to Llandaff campus university. If you like walking there is a scenic routes to get you from A to B.
There are beautiful walks and breath taking countryside just behind my house with river, St Fagans Welsh folk museum a 15 min walk away. I live close to railway station, bus stop, shops room will be available on the 1st May 2021.
Me 'well' I'm young minded, I think it's because I'm with young people all day with my job.
I work shifts so there will be times when you will have the place to yourself, oh and my beautiful cat Diamond and Kush for company.
I am happy to take on tenant for min 3 months maybe even shorter.
I don't have a problem with smoking or drinking as long as it in moderation and cigarettes smoked out the garden.
