Hello! My name's Rachel. I'm 35 and live in a house with a large garden, parking etc in Tremorfa (close to the city centre). I am a professional working in learning and development and work from home. I am quiet, clean, chilled, friendly and respectful... and have two house trained, gorgeous yorkies (small dogs).

This is a short term let as I am expecting my circumstances to change in the next 6 months so can only guarantee up to 4 months maximum. Current housemate moving mid-January so ideal for someone also looking for short term let of between 1-4 months.

House is furnished including room with double bed. Large outhouse/ garage for storage of excess property. Medium sized room. Fits a double bed comfortably.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, water, gas, electric and internet). Fair warning - I am a cold-preferring person, even pre-cost-of-living-crisis! I prefer a colder house and sitting in my Oodie.
