Hiya,

So I have a double room available in my 3 bed house (maisonette) that I’ve been renting for a few years. I recently had somebody mess me about after stopping paying which has left me out of pocket, so I really am looking for someone who can stick to paying rent.

I’m pretty laid back, work 4 days a week and then in October I’ll be starting uni again for my2nd year. I’m happy with either students or professionals, but I don’t particularly want to have a party house or anything like that. I’m also exempt from council tax, so if you work you’d get the 25% discount which I think makes it around £70 a month (not 100% sure).

It’d be nice to be able to hang out sometimes, watching a film or going out for food etc, but I do also love my space and being in my own little bubble.

My house isn’t perfect and I am in the process of sorting out bits and bobs around the house, but it’s a decent size and I have a great landlord.
