I have recently purchased a stunning flat in Cardiff Bay (Watermark Development) and I'm looking for someone to rent a room off me. The flat has a huge roof terrace overlooking the bay. The room has an en suite and parking in a secured car park. I'm a 23 yo working as a civil engineer in Cardiff and enjoy all sports, socialising and cooking. I like to keep the flat respectably clean and I'm quite chilled out so if you want to keep your self to yourself or socialise Its up to you. I work 9-5 and like to relax in the evenings, then normally I will be out on the weekends. I'm looking for an easy going flat mate so if this sounds good to you let me know!

The photos are old from when i brought the flat, I'm currently fitting new floors throughout and fitting a new kitchen so it will all be brand new for you to move in!
