Hey there! Im Karl.
I'm looking on behalf of my landlord to find someone suitable to move in and to live with, alongside myself in a ground floor 2 bed flat; located on Whitchurch Road.
All housebills are split equally if youre a professional, so the total costs (incl. rent) therefore amounts to £525pcm currently.
£375 for rent and £150 for all bills. ).
These are; council tax, water meter rates, tv licence, gas, electric, sky with movies and virgin fast fiber internet.
Otherwise for a student, it would be everything minus the council tax - £100 (exemption form will be needed).
The flat itself is located near the end of Whitchurch road & very close to the University Hospital of Wales and Gabalfa roundabout. If you work in the UHW or Health care, then it would literally take 5minutes to walk from here to the University Hospital of Wales. Otherwise it's in a great place for transport either into the city centre or commuting out of it (5minute drive away from the M4 and next to the A48 & A470).
The available room has its own bathroom next door (effectively ensuite), while the room itself is medium sized double.
The flat is fully furnished. The living room has a 42" tv with Sky TV & Movies, superfast fiber broadband/WIFI, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, gas cooker, electric oven, central heating etc etc. The main thing about this property in this area, is that it has PRIVATE ENCLOSED PARKING to to rear, so no more parking on side streets or getting permits!
As for myself, i work 5-6days a week as a professional. I dont have alot of spare time but i do like to go to the gym (before COVID hit), cooking & just general guys stuff. I get along with everyone i meet and im very down to earth 🙂.
I hope you like what you see & i hope to hear from you very soon!
Many thanks! 🙂 - Karl.
P. s. guarantor will be needed by yourself to secure the tennancy.
Sorry, the room is no longer available
