Hi!

My name is Elizabeth and I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy from January to July due to extenuating circumstances.

The house is super friendly and I have loved my time there. It is an 8 bed house with 7 people (including me)all students. There are 2 bathrooms and a toilet, a large kitchen-dining area with a small living area, too.

The house is located in Cathays, it's a 15 minutes walk into town, 5 minutes to Lidl and a small Tesco Express. It's also a very short walk to Cardiff university buildings if you have any in-person lectures/tutorials/seminars.

The double room is a decent sized room with plenty of storage space, and a desk you can do work on. It's a decent size and it overlooks the garden. And the rent is £335 per month plus approximately £30 in bills (£27.50 to be exact).

There are 4 guys and 2 other girls living there. Everyone is between first and second year students so they're all relatively new to the university scene. Everyone is really friendly and always up for an adventure whether that's rock climbing, cycling, watching the adventures of baby yoda or going for a walk.
