My flatmate is moving out and I'm thinking of renewing my contract from 1st March 2024 to 31st May 2024 (i. e 3 months).

The flat is fully furnished with modern amenities. The pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and gym are in the same building. Also, has a lovely view of the bay from the flat. I've attached the pictures of the view for your reference.

A snippet about me:

I am a Law student and looking for a job at the moment. I’m a bit of a neat freak so in the shared spaces I would ideally want someone clean too, you may do what you want with your room and bathroom but I think flatmates should respect shared spaces and keep them clean. I enjoy an occasional drink, going to the cinema or watching a film at home, Love listening to music and also enjoy some quiet time as well, I regularly use the gym and pool since it's in the building! I’m an extrovert and pretty outgoing but I also like my own space and respect other people’s space therefore I expect the same.
