Cosy bright double room available in the heart of Canton, shorter lets only (please let me know what dates -when until when - you are interested in when messaging).

House has shared living room (tv with netflix + disney, ps4 with loads of games which you're welcome to use within reason), kitchen with full amenities - fridge and shelf space provided (some basics included for short lets), downstairs bathroom, small sunny garden with hammock in summer for lounging.

Area is lovely with nice parks as well as great bars/restaurants/shops/art centres and pop ups within walking distance. Around 30-40m walk to town/stadium/sofia gardens, frequent buses. Bike space available, some on street parking.

Looking for - relaxed but responsible housemate/lodger. Well behaved pets considered. Smoking/vaping fine outside, no smoking/vaping inside. LGBTQ+ friendly only.

Current flatmate - live in landlady who works a mix of office and home. Easygoing but tidy, very used to houseshares. English/Cymraeg ok.
