Hi everyone! I’m an exchange student and I need someone to replace me over my tenancy from the 30th of July to the 30th of August 2024.
It is an en-suite premium room with a shared kitchen (with 4 other students) in The West Wing Student Living.

The room comprised of:
3/4 bed (with storage), and good wardrobe space, Study area with Desk and Chair included, own private bathroom and a fully equipped Kitchen inc. Oven/Microwave, Hob, Fridge/Freezer etc. and kitchen cupboards. Breakfast Bar / eating area with kitchen stool included, sofa and tv.

The accommodation also has many facilities like gym, laundry, study spaces, pool table/games tables / games areas, a dining room and a cinema room 🙂

Rent cost is £158/week, all bills and wifi included.
