Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the next academic year (7 September 2024 to 30 August 2025) at Howards Garden. The room is ensuite (your own bathroom) with a shared kitchen. All rooms in Howards Garden have shared kitchens, varying from 6 to 11 people. According to the manager, this was the last room with 6 people.

I don’t have inside photos, but here’s how it looks from the outside (photo attached).

The rent is £170/week, plus a £250 deposit (refundable if no damage at the end of the stay).
