This is a 3 bedroom, two-story, terraced house located in Riverside and walking distance to City Centre.

Bute park, Llandaff fields and the Bay trail are essentially right on your doorstep so if you're big on walks, like myself, then you'll love it here.

There is space for parking if you drive and it's close to Westgate street and Cardiff Central Station if you need to use public transport for work etc..

Both rooms can fit a double bed and are for rent at £300 a month (bills included) however, they are unfurnished.

It has a communal kitchen and spacious living room to share as well as a big upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet to use. There's also an enclosed garden out back.

Although I'm the live-in landlord, I work full-time and have an active lifestyle so It's rare that I'm at home. Open communication is key so if there are any issues please feel free to express them with me.

420 is welcome and pets will be considered.
