Hi!

We are a friendly house of three Cardiff Uni students, but I will be studying abroad during the Spring Term (Jan-June) and am looking for someone to replace me :)

The room features a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and is on the ground level, with easy access to the lounge, kitchen and bathroom (all on ground level). The rent includes Wi-fi but not gas or electric, which is split equally between us.

The letting agency only allows students to live at this property so, we’d like another student to live here.
