The room is very spacious and it is furnished. It includes a desk which is very ideal for studying or work. It also comes with 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a shoe rack.

The house has a large garden to rear of property. There are two bathrooms in the house. It's also located right beside Cowbridge road which has a lot of restaurants if at any time you feel like grabbing something to eat. Victoria Park is just a 10mins walk if you want to just chill in the park.
