I’m looking to rent out 1 double bed room in my four bed house near the University Hospital of Wales. The price listed is all inclusive i. e. rent + council tax + all bills. We have a Virgin Media Fibre internet and TV as well as a house Netflix subscription :)

The house is located less than half a mile from the hospital with very accessible pedestrian and road routes to the hospital, transport to and from the city centre and the university is also very convenient with the local buses stopping within 100m of the front door.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and storage for clothes and a mirror. There is also an adjacent office room with additional storage. The main bathroom will be shared by a maximum of 3 people. Aside from the prospective room the rest of the house is communal with two lounge rooms and a converted loft space for relaxation.

There are currently a total of 3 people living in the property. We’re young professionals and masters students working in the software development and dietetics. We work pretty long hours so we would primarily be looking for young professionals, post graduates or even final year students who seek a comfortable, clean and relatively quiet place to live.

This being said we aren’t averse to having a few drinks at the weekend every now and again.
