You will be sharing the house with a professional working couple. We keep it pretty peaceful and low key during the week and although we are sociable and friendly we also respect each others space and are tidy. We are laid back and easy going, enjoy playing music (respectfully), spending time by the sea and board games.

Room to let in beautiful Victorian terrace house with shared communal spaces. House is a stones throw from everything you need.. delicious restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and lovely green spaces such as Roath Park, Roath Pleasure Garden and Cathays Cemetery. Great live music nearby, and a 25 minute walk into centre of town.

There is some street parking but it gets very busy in eves..

Smoking isn't a problem but in the garden. Pets considered. Anything else just ask.
