We are 3 boys looking for a housemate to join us in our new Student House in Cathays for the 2024-25 academic year.

We're all aged 20, and would preferably be looking for another male housemate age 19-21.

We're from South Wales and are going into our first year studying at Cardiff Met University our courses are:
• Business & Management
• Business and Law
• Fashion Buying and Brand Management

All of us are good friends and sociable so we’d prefer the new member to also be a sociable person.

Rent £490 each per month (equivalent to £113 per week)

Deposit £299 per person.

Bills are not included and will be around £19-22 each per week, including gas, electricity, water, internet and TV licence. No Council Tax as we are all students.

Harriet St. Ultra convenient location next to Woodville and Salisbury Road in the heart of Cathays. 5 min walk to Student Union & Uni buildings. 5 min bus ride / 15 min walk to City Centre. Set back from the road with front garden (for extra privacy) on tree-lined street in Cardiff’s ‘golden triangle’ of student housing.
