AVAILABLE NOW! A very spacious, furnished double room is available to rent in a shared terraced house close to Albany Road and Roath Recreation Ground.

The house is currently home to me and my two excellent housemates who are both PhD students at Cardiff University. Sadly I am leaving Cardiff for pastures new so am looking for someone to take over my room until the end of the contract at the end of June.

The room is a very large double which comes fully furnished with an Ikea double bed, a desk, wardrobe, drawers etc. etc. It's nice and bright during the day, and the street outside is very quiet.

As for the house, it's a nice little terrace with a cozy, shared living room and a very decently-sized kitchen. It also has a paved garden which has hosted several BBQs. Shops and pubs are to be found just round the corner on Albany Road, and nearby Troy does arguably the best kebabs in town.

The two remaining housemates are PhD students in their mid-20s who are very relaxed and enjoy playing Xbox, trips to one of the numerous local pubs and binge-watching Netflix. House parties are a notable absence.

Please note that for council tax reasons the room is probably only suitable for a student. If a non-student moves in they are liable for the entire council tax bill!
