Hi, my housemate and I are looking for a mature/postgraduate student. We are both students at Cardiff university, I am a medical student and my housemate is studying towards a PHD.

We like to keep active and always up for a drink. The house is located in a nice neighbourhood and less than a minute walk from Albany road which has lots of shops and restaurants. The property has a cosy living room, large kitchen, garden and separate toilet and shower.

The room does come with a chair for the desk, I will update the photo when it arrives. All bills are included. Minimum stay 1 month but no maximum - quite flexible. Let me know if you're interested, its a great property in a good location for university.
