I have a 3 bedroom house in Barnes, which I own and would like to rent out. Looking for people who would treat the home as their own and keep it very clean and tidy. Not a party house but a relaxed homely place.


Fantastic location as it’s 20 minutes walk to Hammersmith( UNFORTUNATELY THE BRIDGE HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR A FEW MONTHS) or Barnes station. Barnes high street has a very relaxed and village feel ! Thames river is 8–10 minutes away and Barnes duck pond 15 minutes. There are a few great restaurants and cafes in Barnes. Barnes is perfect for celebrity spotting.

The double bedrooms room have good wardrobe space. Home has broadband, Netflix , washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, fridge. There is on street parking available. All the bills are included such as tv, electricity, gas, water, council tax.

One months deposit is required and rent
paid monthly in advance and reference’s please. I’m fine with short term or long term lease. Notice period is one month.
