Looking for someone to take my room in a four-bed house after I leave, starting this month to ideally the 5th of September (willing to adjust for later move-ins & earlier move-out dates).

The house itself is located in Kentish Town. a 3 minutes walk from Gospel Oak station (Overground), 10 minutes from Belsize Park (Northern), and 15 minutes from Kentish Town (Northern).
If you study at UCL, LSE or KCL you can also cycle to your uni in half an hour; UCL in particular takes less than 20 minutes! Or, if you prefer buses, there are several bus stops in 3-10 minutes of walking distance where you can take routes that take you directly to central London (e. g. 24, 134).

There are three other people living in the house, 2 girls and 1 guy; having known them for the past 2 years-6 months, I can attest that they are all very friendly & approachable people!

A particular selling point for the room itself, as seen in the photos it's extra-large (almost double the size of other rooms in the house), has built-in bookshelves and direct access to the garden outside. Perfect for drying your clothes indoors on a rainy day, friends coming over for a sleepover, or anything else requiring large space.
