Massive and stunning double room available in this friendly house share in the heart of trendy Abbeville village. Only 5 mins walk from Clapham common, and less than 10 minutes walk from Clapham south station. There may be some flexibility on the move in date, so please let us know what your looking for. We would like to have the room ideally filled by October 15th.

You will be sharing the house with 3 other professionals, Charlie, Sam and Claire. We all have our own busy lives but are relaxed housemates who equally enjoy spending time socialising together.

Our 4th housemate is is sadly relocating so we would like to find someone similar, who can join the family!

The room it's self is part furnished (bed and wardrobe), with a huge amount of space to put your own stamp on it. There is so much light from the two big windows with space for a snuggly chair/sofa in the beautiful bay window.

Outside there is a fab back garden, perfect for those summer BBQ's. There is also a front yard with space to sit, which is a real sun trap in the summer months.

Inside the house is super spacious with a kitchen and two separate living spaces; a huge lounge and separate dinning room!

The room is £760 per month subject to references. Bills are approximately £120 per month, this includes all utilities broadband and bi-weekly cleaner.
