- A few minutes away from Kingsland Road, Ridley Road Market and Rio Cinema and all the other amenities Dalston has to offer, M&S, Sainsburies, Tesco, Starbucks, Pret, Mildreds etc.

Stoke Newington, Clissold Park, Abney cemetery and lots of other beautiful natural spaces etc are all 10 minutes up the road, and we are surrounded by lovely smaller natural spaces and parks in our immediate area.

Great Transport links from this area towards Kings Cross, and down to Shoreditch/ Liverpool St

The house has a fully fitted shared kitchen and two bathrooms.

You would be living with three creative freelancers, a model and writer, an art director and an actress. You will be replacing a yogi.

We are a very calm household, very friendly, very respectful of each others space and considerate of each others individual needs and ways of doing things.

Spareroom's terms of use state that we have to specify why we are looking for a female tenant.
We have been an all male household for over a year and we would like to welcome female energy into the house. Male applicants will be considered too, however.

We like to socialise but we all also really value our alone time and time to focus on work/ ourselves, so ideally our new housemate would be of a similar disposition.
