The flat is just off of Brick Lane, not far from Spitalfields, minutes from Shoreditch and walkable to Liverpool Street, Aldgate and the City.

About the two living there already:
Katie is 34 and is a strategy consultant often travelling for work. She's an easy-going American who loves checking out all the restaurants, bars and events in London.

Leesa is 30, British and works for a sports marketing agency. Leesa is usually out with friends or relaxing at home during the week. She likes discovering the local gems around the east side and is a big sports fan.

They are are both really easy going and enjoy the flat and location and like to have BBQs on the terrace (when the sun comes out!).

Planning to host the first round of viewings within the next week from the day of writing (15th August)

We would want someone to come in and start paying rent from 19th September as I will be leaving on the 18th September
