Hey,

My double bedroom in a three-bedroom flat in Archway will be available from around 15th February as I am moving out. I'm flexible in terms of dates - I can move at some other point in February (earlier or later) or even March if that would suit you better. I hope I've covered most stuff below - please don't hesitate to get in touch if you are interested in a viewing or have any questions :)

- The Room -
The room itself is south-facing (bright and sunny) with a great view of the park across the road. The bed and mattress are less than six months old - I will most likely be taking the desk and table with me but we can discuss this if you'd like to keep anything. The room also has a pretty big floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobe. The building is only around twenty years old and the flat is on the third floor, accessed via a lift or the stairs.

The kitchen is shared between all three flatmates and contains a new oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and plenty of storage space. As Anna's bedroom has an en-suite, you will only be sharing the bathroom with Naomi only.

- Flatmates -
You'll be sharing with just two other people, Naomi and Anna, who are both very helpful and friendly. Naomi is an architect and PhD student and Anna is works for a specialist health shop. They have a variety of interests including art and yoga and Anna is vegan.

- Bills and Contract-
The bills come to around £100 per month (so total rent plus bills would be around £620 per month). This includes council tax, high-speed broadband, and all the other necessary ones. The landlord and maintenance company are responsive and easy to deal with.

The contract is for 12 months but is flexible - the landlord has been happy in the past for people to move out at any time as long as they find a replacement tenant.

- Local Area -
A small park is right next door and there is also a community garden nearby. The building is 5-10 minutes walk from Crouch End, Stroud Green Road and Archway which are interesting areas with lots going on/plenty of amenities. There is a pub (The Shaftesbury Tavern) and various small shops around 100m from the flat and a doctor's surgery about 50m away.

- Transport -
A free secure parking space is available in the basement of the building - neither of the other flatmates have cars so you're free to use it. The flat is 10 mins walk from Archway underground station and Crouch Hill overground station, and also 10 mins from Finsbury Park station by bus. There are bus stops serving various routes including into King's Cross/Trafalgar Square within 50m of the flat.

Look forward to hearing from you :)
