Looking for a flatmate to share my two bedroom place in the Newington Green/Canonbury area.
The flat is in a newish (10 year old) block, on the third floor (there is a lift) and a balcony, which can be accessed from each room in the flat.

This is a two bathroom flat, so you'll have the main use of the main bathroom and the rent includes all bills (water/electricity/wifi/service charge etc), plus a fortnightly cleaner where possible.

Transport links:
5-10 minute walk to Canonbury
10 minutes to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction
10-15 minutes to Essex Road
15-20 minutes to Highbury & Islington
There are also several bus routes running into the city, London Bridge, Kings Cross etc.

You'll be sharing with me, the co-owner. I'm 31 and work in media/music. Currently my week is split with some days working from home and some in the office.
