Heya,

I am Looking for someone to replace my room in this 4 bedroom apartment on Bethnal green road
A single room/( I used it as a small double) in a 4 bedroom flat.
The location of the property is super awesome which is in the middle of Bethnal green road and near Shoreditch, Colombia road market, Mare street, Victoria park, Weaver fields and Whitechappel (E2 6).
Tesco's (24 hours) is 1 min walk and all the shops with fresh fruits and veggies are downstairs. Loads of good coffee places and lunch/food rooms.

The rent is £550 pm and the move-in time will be around the 1st of august (can negotiate a bit earlier or later). the Bills are shared over 4 people and is around £70 pm that includes; water, gas, electricity, council tax and wifi.
There will be an identity/bankstatement check by the agency.

The current roomies are Phoebe, Woon and George who are all professionals. Two of them work part-time as baristas and 1 of them works full-time in politics (mostly at home).
They all love cooking, plants, cats and dogs, music, films are tidy.
They socialize and eat sometimes together but respect each others peace as well.

The house is spacious and has a separate toilet and bathroom with bath. The kitchen is quite big where you can socialize together or have dinners with friends.
The room is unfurnished. Curtain rail is there.
I put a double bed in there that fits perfectly with a drawer and a closet/rail.
The rest of the house is furnished and has everything that is needed.
